AmeriCare Properties, LLC – a Nashville based real estate development company that specializes in the leasing of affordable multi-family housing. Our mission is to provide affordable, mixed-income, multi-family housing to the residents of Nashville/Davidson County TN. We offer  housing units that consist of the following types: studio/efficiency, one-bedroom, two-bedrooms, three-bedrooms, four-bedrooms in a duplex, triplex, quadplex or apartment complex. Most of our rental properties are leased at the current fair market rental rates according to the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD).
